Abstract

Electric-field control of magnetization reversal has been attracting a lot of attention as a novel low-power writing technique for future spintronic devices. In this paper, we introduce our recent experimental trial of electric-field control of magnetic anisotropy in an epitaxial ultrathin ferromagnetic metal film.
