Abstract
In this article, a method is proposed to generate music based on color and motion information of associated video. The Tempo and key are selected in advance. First chord is set C/Am. The successive chords are determined based on the difference of the sum of R, G, and B values of the dominant color pixel of the frame and that of the first frame. Each melody step is decided based on the displace amount of characteristic points. Music generated with videos are felt acceptable.
