Abstract
Non-broadcast-oriented managed application is one of the important elements of advanced Hybridcast. This type of application facilitates the entry of third-party service providers into Hybridcast platform. This paper describes non-broadcast-oriented managed application services, system requirements, system modeling design and receiver architecture.
