Abstract
Monocular perceived depth and image shift smoothness can be improved in “Layered multi-view DFD (Depth-fused 3D) display”, when front and rear displays have a large and appropriate gap, even at small number of multi views. As layered multi-view DFD (Depth-fused 3D) display has a feature that various kinds of parallax components are mixed at the view positions, good monocular depth perception and smooth image shift by head movement can be obtained, even when the number of multi views is decreased.
