Abstract

We evaluate a fast frame-accurate editing method for H.264/MPEG-4 AVC contents which employed "Re-quantization scheme with drift noise management". Based on the evaluation, we propose an adaptive editing method which switches between "Re-Quantization" and "Re-Encoding".
