9-7 Generation of Omnidirectional Video without Invisible Area Using Image Inpainting

Abstract

In telepresence, omnidirectional videos are often used for representing a real scene. However, omnidirectional cameras cannot usually capture the entire direction of view. In this study, an omnidirectional video without invisible area is generated by filling a missing region using an image inpainting technique for high realistic sensation in telepresence.
