2-1 [Co/Pd]磁性細線における磁区状態観察(第2部門 情報ディスプレイ・マルチメディアストレージ・コンシューマエレクトロニクス)

抄録

The anodic oxidation process is useful technique to change the local magnetic properties in nanowires. In this study, we have fabricated [Co/Pd] nanowires with the width of 150 . 300 nm with perpendicular magnetic anisotropy and succeeded to make the magnetic pinning sites on this nanowire by the anodic oxidation process.
