9-6 Monitoring system for a broadcasting chain using metadata of video and audio features

Abstract

ARIB Technical Report TR-B29 specifies metadata of video and audio features and the transport methods in order to facilitate efficient and accurate monitoring of broadcast chains. We have developed a monitoring system using the metadata that detects faults of video and audio signals on a broadcasting chain.
