Abstract
We are developing Mesh P2P streaming technologies for delivering various programs over the Internet. In this paper, for the effective utilization of the narrowed band frequency utilized by the terminal and for the control of the traffic triggered among line operators, we analyze the stability in delivery when the priority of connecting peer is set.
