Abstract
The photo charge detected by time-resolved fluorescence lifetime imager is the convolution of sensor response and fluorescence decay. Parameters of the convolution function can be found at the logarithm error of least square. Deconvoluted lifetime result using this method is closer to target lifetime value compared with the measured lifetime.
