抄録

Maxwell's equations have a serious problem to calculate electromagnetic field in semiconductor with carrier generation-recombination or under typical electrode condition. The problem can be solved by the modified equations including the scalar field. The potential distribution dependence on time was calculated by the modified equations in a simple structure.
