9-3 The Proposal of A Surveillance Camera System which Measuring Active State of the Subject Movement

Abstract

This study measures livingness of the movement of subject in the surveillance area with Active Quantity, and detects the domain which has high Active Quantity as high active region. In addition, I detect the suspicious movement of subject from appearance change of high active region.
