Abstract
For mobile(e-book) applications, we fabricated a prototype reflective liquid-crystal display panel with c-axis-aligned crystal indium-gallium-zinc oxide field-effect transistors. The panel shows a very small reflectance change of less than 1.22% in low-frequency driving, enabling low-frequency driving where flickers are barely perceived by human eyes.
