Abstract
Top-emitting iOLEDs were successfully fabricated by optimization of electrode structures to reduce sputtering damage for organic layers. The device characteristics of the top-emitting iOLED are almost the same as that of conventional bottom-emitting iOLED employing the same emitting material.
