Implementation and Evaluation of an IoT Sensor for Evaluating Comfortability of Real Estate

Abstract

We implemented an IoT sensor for evaluating comfortability of real estate. The IoT sensor can measure temperature, humidity, illuminance, smell and acceleration, and record sound and video. From the experiment in which we set one sensor in northern and southern rooms respectively, we succeeded in visualizing that the room temperatures were very different even in the same building. From the outdoor experiment, we could measure how the vibration and noise were detected in each place.
