符号化データを利用した衛星画像間の変化推定方法に関する検討

This paper proposes a novel method of fast difference estimation between satellite images which have a geographical common area. This method estimates some differences using coding information of target images without decoding all of their compressed data. It is shown that it can be done faster than decoding.
