Abstract
Just as the invention of the power transmission by the alternating current brought about the energy revolution, the invention of the information transmission through the packet switching has brought about present day IT revolution. However, IT revolution per se is a neutral and value-free technology and such topics as business ethics and information technology and cyber ethics are mostly discussed in terms of the traditional approach of Kantian categorical imperative versus Benthamian utilitarianism.
