Abstract

This report is an essay about the role of control engineering for nano-technology. It is well-known that nano-technology is one of key technologies in the 21st century. This report describes the background of nano-technology and its state of art. And we consider the role of control engineering for nano-technology and view the breakthrough brought out by nano-technology.
