Abstract
JABEE criteria in engineering education demands to cultivate the ability to consider from global and multi-side view. Department of Systems Engineering in Okayama University started a new course for the education to cultivate the ability. The course focuses their lectures on "Electric Power and Energy" and their lectures are from non-technical side, such as economics, law, environment, safety and so on. The course also includes a practice for students to research and present their assigned subjects such as "The Accident of Russian Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant", "Power Failure at New York City" and so on. This report gives detail of the course.
