Abstract
This paper presents a research and development of a multi-agent flow rotary intersection model using a new Petri-Net like multi-agent flow model by a simple hybrid CAD tool. In addition, to show the utility of this model, some simulation results of the dead lock avoidance by a traffic flow control is shown.
