Abstract
In order to realize a cell culture microdevice actuated by piezoelectric thin films for on-chip regulation of cell functions, this paper reports on improvement of cell-seeding efficiency into microchambers for screening and optimization of the influencing factors of mechanical vibratory stimuli (amplitude, frequency, etc) to cells. In addition, effectiveness to cell culture with the fabricated device was investigated.
