Abstract

We developed the absolute displacement sensor. We proposed a design method of frequency characteristic of the sensor using simulation based on the state feedback. However, experimental result using this method is different from simulation. It caused by back electro motive force. We change the current driver. This time, we are using 3-types current drivers and compared them.
