Abstract

On the problem of consensus building, it is pointed out that the decision using method of optimization has a limit, and we recognize the importance of Kansei communication. However they just state their idea on the past study, there is no study using qualitative analysis. Therefore we declare the limit of optimization and the importance of Kansei communication by the observation of the process of consensus building. Moreover we suggest a tendency toward satisfactory consensus building.
