Abstract
In proposed method, the persons are extracted by using various color specification systems, and the person is counted. Moreover, the number of people is counted by using the number of partitions by dividing the area by the edge that uses those color specification systems, divides the area, and uses inclination strength in addition. And, the accuracy of the people counting is improved by detecting person's head by using Hough transformation. As a result, the misjudgment is decreased.
