Abstract
Intrinsic noise is a major factor in analyzing the behavior of genetic networks. We analyze circadian clocks model that considers intrinsic noise, and evaluate the robustness of the oscillatory behavior of the circadian clocks. All the information, necessary for the neighborhood analysis of the stochastic fluctuation along the trajectory, is contained in some covariance matrix equations. In our study, using two measures for evaluating fluctuation about period and amplitude of oscillations based on covariance matrix equations, we evaluate the noise and analyze the robustness for simple core model.
