Abstract
A purpose of this paper is to model a hierarchically decision making process from the view point of Service engineering. We lead to consumer's change of internal state and lead to consumer buying behavior by Kansei information on the post card. In a series of these behaviors, we visualized consumer's decision making process by Text Mining. As a result, we revealed that consumers processed 6 factors which are concerned with their daily life and modeled a 6 factors decision making process.
