Abstract
In order to fit in foreign markets, local support for the foundry equipments should be performed easily. In case of programmable controller (PLC) which is used to control foundry equipments, it is advisable to choose a PLC that is familiar by local engineers and receive support form the PLC maker without difficulty. One side, it takes time to apply existed PLC program to another maker PLC, and also it is easy to occur unexpected bugs. In this paper, a built global-support control system of automatic pouring machines is introduced.
