Abstract

In this paper, we propose a new service system HCP (Home Continuity Plan) for maintaining our daily life safeness by using the concept and idea of the BCP (Business Continuity Plan) which is the important planning for the company to continue their business whatever happens in the disaster such like the 3.11 Tohoku earthquake in Japan. After the earthquake, many troubles of daily life such as traffic jam and shortage of bottled water had been occurred in East Japan,. In order to avoid such risks of daily life, we have led an idea that HCP (Home Continuity Plan) which is a home edition of BCP will be necessary. The HCP service in this paper is designed a model-based system integration technique and described using the OMG SysML. Effectiveness of this proposal will be validated using techniques such as discrete event simulation.
