Abstract

Recently, mislabeling of the high quality animal hair product as a cashmere is increasing. But the accuracy of testing method for textile identification is decrease by chemical treatment. And these testing method are destructive, subjective, takes a long time. On the other hand IR and Raman spectroscopy are non-destructive, objective testing method. In this research, we measured the animal hair spectra by IR and Raman spectroscopy. And tried to identify by SIMCA method in IR spectroscopy.
