Abstract
We often encounter the situation that a few remaining teeth are left, which are more or less hopeless, to begin a full-arch implant therapy. In this case report, serial extraction protocol was applied to finish the full-arch implant /tooth restoration. In this type of therapy protocol with such as bilateral sinus lift and anterior ridge augmentation, its treatment period can be lengthy, so that a fixed provisional restoration is often necessary to maintain acceptable function and esthetics for the patient. We have augmented the anterior narrow ridge by using block graft and ridge expansion technique in two stages, which enabled successful implant placement later on.
Moreover, complexity of a full arch restoration in a patient with high smile line by using pink porcelain will be mentioned in this article.
