Abstract
Achieving appropriate anterior guidance and molar disclusion is essential for successful full-mouthrehabilitation. This case involved a patient presenting with persistent occlusal pain, which was diagnosedas being caused by increased stress due to occlusal interference in the molar region. A comprehensive, twophasetreatment approach was implemented. First, full-arch orthodontic treatment was performed usingclear aligners to establish a favorable and appropriate occlusal relationship. This was followed by definitiveprosthetic treatment. The combined orthodontic and prosthetic intervention successfully eliminated thechief complaint of occlusal pain. The final restoration achieved both functionally stable occlusion andsatisfactory esthetic form, highlighting that the coordinated use of aligners and prosthetics is an effectivestrategy for resolving occlusal dysfunction.
