“Cerec”system that is a system of automated fabrication of ceramic restorations based on CAD/CAM will be introduced. The International Dental Academy introduced this sysyem in November 1992. Since then the Academy has been using “Cerec” in clinical practice and has been providing simulation exercise courses. In this paper the clinical procedure to fabricate porcelain inlay with use of this system will be explained. The adhesion method which is used by the author et.al will be also introduced.
