Abstract
A clinical comparison of Implant and Autotransplantation of teeth was reported.
A 29-year-old man case was examined to PDI Dental clinic with the sharp pain of maxillaly 1st pre-molar on left side. The tooth was diagnosed as the preservation impossibility, and was extracted. After about 6 months, IMZ Implant (a diameter 3.3 mm, length 13 mm) was placed. On the other hand, the mandibular right first molar was extracted by root fracture. Though Implant treatment was considered, autotransplantation of teeth was used from the same side's 3rd molar existing soundly. It have good prognosis though two years pass after the surgery.
