Conclusion
1) It has been found effectve to insert implants into maxillary tuberosity in the case of bone absorption.
2) It seems that it may control the risk of bruxism, by recall.
3) It has been found effective to insert implants by applying ridge expansion into alveolar bone which are short of bone width.
4) In order to successfully insert implants corresponding to a variety of local conditions, it is necessary to prepare not only the 1-stage implant and 2-stage implant but also the screw type and the cylinder type, without only stocking to a system.
