When prosthodontics is made with the indirect law, it is indispensable work to do face-bow transfer. It is the tooth line of the temporomandihularjoint of the living body and the upper jaw. or, it is instrument which it is measured with and which mount the model of the upper jaw on articulator in the one related to the position of the wax rim or the upper jaw and there is easy in the art-type as well. But, the pupil line that of the face is one of the aesthetic standard lines can't be recorded in usual face-bow. The inconvenience that was aesthetic often arose in completed prosthodontics. To solve these problems, introduce the outline in not only the one related to the position of the temporomandibular joint but also the one related to the position of the pupil line and the tooth line because slidematic face-bow was improved and the device which was transmitted on articulator and which was reproduced was developed.

Part 1 of this series examined the standard sharpening technique and proposed a new sharpening technique. Moreover, a rationale for use of a stereomicroscope and small-sized rotating stones with an electric engine on the side of blade in sharpening scaling instruments was presented.
Part 2 describes the detailed new sharpening procedure - materials, instruments and technique -based on ergonomics and psychology.

The most important problem of the present dental treatment and care is how to control the occlusal-force which is one of two main elements to maintain the health of the stomatognathic-system.
Caucasian have the tendency of skeltal class III, but Mongolian often show class II. So, many Mongolian peaple have characteristics such as large quantity of momentum and the habitude with peculiarity of the canine teeth of the functional side, and we can find the looseness of the temporomandibularis joint of Mongolian.
As a result, the canine teeth of Mongolian are easily worn out and form facet on their incisal edge. Then Mongolian peaple often have the premature-contact or the occclusal interference. Therefore they may easily lose their molars as years go by. And these seem to lead to the higher frequency of posterior bite collapse Mongolian show than that Caucasian show.
Dentists often undergo such cases with posterior bite collapse as they show poor and unstable prognosis with no treatment to improve the teeth position of class II.
The term of “Interdisciplinary Approach in Clinical Dentistry (IDA) ” has been used for several years. Based on those findings above-mentioned. this report shows a clinical case along the IDA in cooperation with a orthodontist and a subcontract technician.

We have been exhibiting the concept of “kamiguse” (the habitual first stroke of mastication), such as definition, background, drawbacks, remedy and so on. And it was cleared that the “kamiguse” (the habitual first stroke of mastication) differs from the first stroke of the habitual mastication. In this article, we present some clinical cases where harmful occlusal forces which seriously influence gnathomatic system were easily controlled by controlling the “kamiguse” (the habitual first stroke of mastication) . Also, we discuss and clear the importance of the remedy of the “kamiguse”to control harmful occlusal forces.

In order to achieve long term results for re-constructive therapy, it is necessary to document and evaluate complex bite collapse cases comprehensively, especially for occlusal problems.
For full mouth rehabilitation treatment, it is important to choose a suitable articulator and transfer the present oral condition to it.
Using the newly developed articulator enables us to obtain much more information about the patient's condition than the articulators that had been used until presently.
This case report will show some of the advantages of this system.

Human race's two walking and stress management were described last time. There is a possibility of the easy deviation and doing the mandibular position by the cuspal interference when a powerful occlusal pressure joins at nighttime bruxism, and the state of malocclusion exists at this time. The human race is two walking, there is a head in the uppermost part, and because this musculus skeletl and antigravity muscle, is ..support.. extremely unstable. Therefore, the distortion is caused in the shoulder and the lumbar vertebra in addition by the head's this balance's collapsing when the mandibular position shifts, and inclining, too. The trouble is caused by this in the nervous system, the internal secretion system, and the blood circulatory system and various indefinite complaints appear. The muscle of mastication and the cervix part muscle might be strained by bruxism and, of course, it become the cause of the shoulder learning by experience and headache. An appropriate mandibular position, an excellent anterior guidance, and Vertical support that supports it are necessary and indispensable to prevent and to improve this.
An inherited element and an acquired element are considered about malocclusion that is the cause of the deviation of the mandible this time.

It is important to examine the symptoms of a patient's maxiro-facial systems under present conditions. As a results, long term successful esthetic and functional re-construction treatment can be obtained for cases with serious full mouth diseases.
It is essential to use articulators for three-dimensionally analyze the relationship, position and movement of the lower part of the face.
It is impossible to diagnose the movement of the jaw and oral esthetics without correct techniques for transferring information to the articulators.
This case will show how to gather information from the patient and how to transfer it to the articulator.

The Osseointegrated type of FINAFIX® treated by means of anodic oxidation reaction can be made variably through these measures such as 1-stage method avariable of 1 piece implant® and 2 piece implant® as well as 2-stage method available of 3 piece implant® which system can be applied widely to single-tooth replacement through edentulous case.
On the other hand, IMZ® has been contrived by Kirsch and Koch for the purpose of creation of implant having intramobile system. We have clinically examined of a case using POI 3 piece implant® and IMZ® for recovery of failed case of BIOCERAM® implant having been functioned for many years.
    Conclusion
    1) It has been found effectve to insert implants into maxillary tuberosity in the case of bone absorption.
    2) It seems that it may control the risk of bruxism, by recall.
    3) It has been found effective to insert implants by applying ridge expansion into alveolar bone which are short of bone width.
    4) In order to successfully insert implants corresponding to a variety of local conditions, it is necessary to prepare not only the 1-stage implant and 2-stage implant but also the screw type and the cylinder type, without only stocking to a system.

During sports, injuries may he caused by contact between players or the equipment. The use of a mouthguard is advocated for the prevention of oral injuries such as those of the teeth and jaw bones due to such accidents, but it has also been suggested to increase the risk in sports that require vocal communication among players such as baseball as it makes vocalization difficult. We provided mouthguards for members of the Japanese National Team that participated in the 21st AAA International Baseball Championship Games and evaluated their application, their functions, and their defects by a questionnaire with the cooperation by the Japan High School Baseball Federation. After obtaining impressions, mouthguards were prepared using Justouch (Hybler, Kuraray Medical) for 18 high school baseball players. The players practiced and played games wearing the mouthguards and answered a questionnaire concerning the feeling of their application, vocalization. Functions, and inconveniences. Of the players, 78 % had no previous experience of using a mouthguard. 21% felt difficulty in speaking, 8% complained of increased salivation, and 4% felt strangeness. To the question whether they considered a mouthguard necessary for the prevention of oral injuries during baseball practice or games, 78% answered that they considered it necessary; to the question whether they would consider the use of a mouthguard in the future, 67% of the players answered yes. The results of this questionnaire indicate that many baseball players have considerable interest in the mouthguard and are aware of the necessity of its use for the prevention of injuries.

The paper reports the retrospective consideration of diagnosis and treatment procedure in Cleft lip and palete patient for long term treatment. To prove the present state and remaining problems in orthodontic occlusal reconstruction for the malocclusions, re-evaluation of our present diagnosis method and procedure were recommended as follows:
    1) Necessity of new image analysis with quantitive and three-dimensional evaluation for occlusal reconstruction at cover a wide range of maxillo-facial area.
    2) Development of procedure that evaluation of interrelationship among Function-Occlusion-Skeleton.
    3) Evolution of orthodontic method for lightening the burden imposed on patients.
