Abstract
Even if it says that root canal treatment is the most frequent measures in our clinical measures every day, it will not be exaggeration. We tend not to be able to proceed the treatment when I avoid root canal treatment in the treatment of the old and middle age in particular. If there is deficiency for root canal treatment, it will be a castle in the air so that the prosthetic restoration which no matter how is splendid is attached to the upper part. In the dental treatment of full mouth reconstruction, there is even that an error of one root canal treatment has an influence on the whole treatment plan. I have wrestled with root canal treatment while wanting to avoid only the situation that re-treatment was necessary for the root canal measures that I gave. Because we clean the root canal which is the part we cannot see, the doubt stays in the certainty whether it is possible for complete cleaning with my ability. However, I think that I can increase the success rate even as for 1% by learning a correct diagnosis and skill and evaluating the convalescence of the tooth which I gave root canal treatment for objectively.
I show my action to increase certainty of the root canal treatment this time.
