Abstract
In clinical situations, it is common to treat teeth that have been treated several times before. Further, teeth with their biological width invaded by caries from the CK margin are often encountered. Those are usually not extracted, however, cannot be preserved as they are. Meanwhile, prosthetic pretreatment that moves teeth slightly can often expand the range of choices for treatment. Partial MTM orthodontic treatment in a few teeth with aesthetic and functional problems after specification of the therapeutic objectives can be a very effective treatment option. Herein, we present our approach and the results of some cases treated in daily clinical practice.
