Abstract
In spite of its high esthetic and biocompatible properties of the all ceramics restorations, it was not applicable for the clinical usage with molars, especially fixed partial dentures, due to its mechanical weakness. It is reported in the recent studies that zirconia has high bending and ultimate breaking strength, thus is more durable to the fracture in comparison with the other ceramic systems. All ceramics restorations with zirconia copings now can be used for the posteriors fixed bridges.
In this report, prosthetic procedures for fabricating all ceramics restorations with zirconia copings on both sides of the mandibular molars are described.
