Abstract
First of all patients undergoing oral treatments need to expect along oral rehabilitation period to achieve a succcessful outcome. Meanwhile, a relationship of mutual trust between dental staff members and patient is of great importance to the procedure.
Therefor, patients, technicians, hygienists, and dentists need to ensure that they have access to the same information and are of the same understnding with regard to the goal and outcome of the treatment. Only if these conditions are fulfilled, is it possible to achive the highest possible standard in oral medical treatment.
