This study is clinical research about the frenum observed on the buccal mucosa of mandible that did not attract attention very much so far. In case of the dentulous jaw. this frenum was observed between distal area of the second molar and the third molar of mandible. And in case of the edentulous jaw, it was observed on the retromolar pad. The incidence of this frenum was about 10%/by occular inspection in both denturous and edentulous jaw. In case of the dentulous jaw, the origin of this frenum was positioned at 2.9mm buccal and 2.3mm distal from the center of distal margin of the second molar. In case of the edentulous jaw. the origin was positioned at 2.4mm buccal and 1.4mm distal froth the center of anterior ridge of retromolar pad.
Author thought that this frenuni was working to regulate moving of buccal mucosa and to retain horizontal buccal space on the buccal shelf. And it helped to block posterior region of vestibule of the mouth.

Deficiency occurs at the setting position of the upper jaw on deciding Occlusal Plane in the Complete denture, and there is not the problem aesthetically. hut will not there be the experience that has become the complete denture which is hard to get caught? It is thougt that various factors are related to this, but the mistake of the setting of Occlusal Plane is regarded as the one of these causes.
I decide Occlusal Plane with Campel's plane which is arbitary Occlusal Plane this time, but report it about a setting method of Occlusal Plane of the complete denture which easily had esthetics and functionality without Occlusal Plane (Campel's plane) forms a plane from the composition of two lines and refers it to Primary Line in a meaning called Ido not need to move line (a line linking the eyes core of right and left) this when I observed a face in Global Dental System from the front through artisan operation all the time plane and refers the line (the line which links the under the nose point to the external auditory miatus hemline) when I observed a face from the side to Secondary Line because it is controlled by growth environmental parameter such as frame types, and changing the position of the running out of Occlusal Plane and upper jaw front tooth relationship in artisan operation.

Dissemination of implant treatment has caused a decrease in the number of cases treated with partial dentures. Strong sense of discomfort and not being able to chew due to the dentures are the primary reasons. However, it is a fact that there are also patients who are satisfied with removable partial dentures.
This was a case where a removable partial denture was newly made as a countermeasure for a patient who once made a partial denture, which promoted a strong sense of discomfort, hence not having used it. Since conditions of a patient are varied and figure of a denture depends on the conditions, the most important clue in making a denture, I believe, is to take every piece of aspect each patient has into account when groping for a denture. Moreover, patient history is important to consider in order to perceive unique aspects of a patient. By comparing to the current conditions, disease pattern could be understood better.
This report consists of a case report where aspects of patient's oral cavity were presumed before making a denture and the analysis of the case.

Since maxillary occlusal plane includes anterior teeth of the esthetic area, it is often decided superior to occlusal plane if the patient needs occlusal reconstruction. Therefore how maxillary occlusal plane is designed is significantly important to obtain the comfortable final restoration and suitable function. The purpose of this article is to review the necessity of examining and maintaining the maxillary occlusal plane for appropriate final restoration.

Many cases of mandibular lateral deviation in adults, while having contributory factors such as malalignment of teeth and poor dental habits during the development stage of a normal lifestyle, are believed to be the result of adaptations made to activate the stomatognathic function as fully as possible.
Conversely, in addition to the primary functions of functional occlusion such as mastication, speech, respiration, esthetics and maintaining posture, some also advocate the function of stress management through bruxism. Recently, various dynamic adaptation strategies of the body to stress are reported to be relieved through the process known as allostasis, and it has been suggested that maintenance of allostasis in the body is a further function of occlusion.
The treatment of mandibular lateral deviation can be achieved with a total jaw occlusion reconstruction, combining corrective treatment with crown restoration/crown prosthesis treatment. Through corrective treatment, the mandibular position can be easily changed, although the skeletal morphology is difficult to change. Further, while the occlusal plane, tooth configuration, and tooth axis can be altered through corrective treatment, crown configuration does not change. The existence and degree of problems associated with each of these aspects must therefore be accurately understood, and it is necessary to perform treatment that considers the body's adaptation response.

Up to date, the treatment for TMD including the splint might have been an occlusal treatment which grasps the stomatognathic system from the view point of form. However, it was hard to accept that this kind of occlusal treatment was effective and finally the concept there is no relationship between TMD and occlusion appeared.
On the other hand, it was reported in Part 1, 2 and3 that a new Kamiguse (habitual first stroke of mastication) concept which grasps TMD as restriction of temporomandibular movement was very effective for the treatment of TMD by controlling the retro-superior force towards condyle with the remedy of Kamiguse. The basic principle of this remedy of Kamiguse is only to give flexibility to a dull movement sided condyle in natural dentition.
In this paper, using only the splint for the remedy of Kamiguse to natural dentition with click was introduced. The mandibular occlusal position which had been greatly changed from the first original position gradually approached to this original position without any clicks. These changes suggest that the improvement of condylar movement might affect the condition of TMJ and occlusal relationship.

It is fundamental principle to establish stable mandibular positioning and to construct proper anterior guidance in severe bite-collapsed cases. By using standard numerical value of articulator provisional restoration, it is possible to find the correct aesthetics and function of proper anterior guidance. It is difficult to reflect inherent mandibular movement on the provisional restoration when it cannot be reproduced on the articulator In such cases, it is useful to use a sandblasted metal crown for tooth guidance or a functional occlusal surface.
Premature contact and occlusal interference will be recorded on the metal surface with this method. By employing the occlusal adjustment rule, the diseased area will be recovered under optimal conditions. This clinical report shows each step of the procedure.

The magnetic attachment for implant overdenture is widely used because of the improvement of magnetic body. Implant overdenture has many benefits compared with fixed prosthesis, Whereas the examination of indication and the careful planning are necessary for the success of the treatment using implant overdenture with magnetic attachment. In this report, we experimented three different cases that used magnetic attachment for implant overdenture, and will report the treatment processes and some implications.

It divides it roughly, and a fixed style of the fixed prosthesis implant superstructure is cement retained, and screw retained. The domination of excellent screw retained in maintenance recovery Ritoribabiriti is high though appreciation of the beautiful is requested while being acknowledged assuming that the implant treatment foresees and is high, and a lot of cement retained is adopted. However, a difficult point of the screw retained is achievement of the agreement of high accuracy.
The production of a screw retaining superstructure with high promptness and accuracy becomes possible without depending on the difference between the experience and the technology by using together about Fazar (TIG welding) and soldering plan though one peace casting and soldering plan need the skill level and both experience values. .

First of all patients undergoing oral treatments need to expect along oral rehabilitation period to achieve a succcessful outcome. Meanwhile, a relationship of mutual trust between dental staff members and patient is of great importance to the procedure.
Therefor, patients, technicians, hygienists, and dentists need to ensure that they have access to the same information and are of the same understnding with regard to the goal and outcome of the treatment. Only if these conditions are fulfilled, is it possible to achive the highest possible standard in oral medical treatment.

Prosthesis treatment is generally carried out in cooperation among a patient, dentist, dental hygienist and dental technician. Therefore, the treatment is completed in a totally balanced condition.
Prosthetic restoration, however, become deformed over the course of the patient's daily life. Eventually, a certain level of deformation will necessitate the secondary treatment. To avoid such a vicious circle, dental hygienists have to choose suitable prosthetic restoration for each patient and supervise them in a way appropriate to their life style.
