Abstract
Music industry can be classified into three markets, composition, performance and “can and broadcast”. And it happened artistic and technical innovation each markets. One cannot readily believe that the copyright system works these markets perfectly now. At first, Peacock and Weir acutely pointed out it for they studied the economic characteristic of music composition and this history in Britain.
