Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to make clear the issues of development of art markets and of artist employment, in the face of the recognized fact that management will strict to its customary demanding role. Especially, what are the restrictions on the activities of art, i, e., the artists' freedom of expression, by such faces as current accounting regulations. Therefore, discussed in this paper is the question of how to settle various issues of art management from the viewpoint of product-mix, using numerous references to the everyday realities of one particular Tokyo-based Orchestra.
