Abstract

Recently, privatization of the management of public cultural facilities has been increasing. Good communication between public cultural facilities and local communities is essential, but the research in Kyushu shows that in reality the relationship between them is not strong. The construction of networks among people and organizations, in which residents, non-profit organizations, corporations and local governments bring their possible merits is needed immediately.
