Consideration of Relation of “Citizen” and “Autonomy” Doing “Cultural Administration” of Local Governments and its Background

Abstract

The policy that the reformation municipality had done to the conservatism of the nation was the one from 1960's to 70's based on trying the question of “Autonomy” and word “Citizens”. It was the one that it thought about “Citizens” as existence that politically acted, and “Autonomy” is caught as participation of the citizens. It was Keiichi Matsushita, political scientist to have led this, and he planned “Cultural administration” as the part. This text verifies Matsushita's idea, and considers the influence that the idea “Reformation” gave to “Culture”.
