Abstract
The Condominium stock keeps increasing by centering on the central area of Japan. Two risks exist in a regional community. One is a risk of making of the region a slum. Another is a risk of making of the Condominium a slum. If the Condominium resident can participate in the management of a regional community, this problem is solved. As a result, the reproduction of a regional community advances. Moreover, when the exchange in the region advances, the community in the Condominium is formed. If this virtuous circle is achieved, the risk of both is evaded. In this research, it reports on a community in Central Districts of Kyoto City and it reports on the case. And, the problem in the regional community management is pointed out.
