Abstract
Tokyo Metropolitan Ōme Sogo High School, a public high school established in 2006, was designated by the Tokyo Metropolitan Board of Education as a school that promotes international exchange programs with institutions overseas. In recent years, our school has actively engaged not only in teaching but also in international exchange projects, primarily Japan-Korea exchanges. Following the COVID-19 pandemic, in 2023, we initiated online Zoom meetings to communicate with Samgae High School. We also conducted joint classes and in-person homestays in July 2024. Furthermore, in August 2024, seven of our students participated in a short-term language program conducted at the Busan University of Foreign Studies.
