The Utilization of Discipline-Specific Referring of Jurisprudence

Abstract

  This study also aims to propose guidelines tailored to the unique issues of specific academic disciplines in higher education. The study is based on the cases of generative AI utilization in these disciplines. Guidelines to address discipline-specific problems should not be universally established across institutions, but also for each faculty and academic discipline, which this section provides, starting with a survey of the guidelines in domestic higher education institutions.

  However, to achieve this, as a preliminary step, it is essential to collect and organize information on the utilization status of generative AI across different academic disciplines in higher education. Therefore, this section will investigate and organize the utilization status of generative AI in various academic disciplines to the greatest extent possible.

  This paper focuses on the following two points: providing an overview of the utilization status across academic disciplines, and introducing some examples. It examines the field of law as an example of its utilization, and, discusses the impact of generative AI and challenges in its educational applications.
