In the present study a “Happy Workshop” is proposed. This is a group workshop based on four factors of happiness obtained by factor analysis. There are several versions. One is a short version for three hours. The second one is a long version for four days. The third one is an online counseling version. User can enjoy thinking about his/her own happiness online. The forth one is a workshop combining with an innovation workshop. Participants first think about his/her own happiness and then think about new products/service based on their own interest. Comparing happiness before/after the workshop we found that happiness increase after the workshop. As a result the effectiveness of the proposed happy workshop is confirmed.
