Abstract

Spontaneous learning will be the main-stream education in the 21st century. Coaching aims to reveal and expand students’ potential, based on three principles: affirmative principle, addition principle, diversity principle. Academic coaching which consists of theoretical, empirical and systematical method will cause an innovation in the Japanese education. Educators can change themselves by the academic coaching.
