Abstract
This report reflects on the 15-year history (2008–2023) of the Coaching Bank Study Group, a non-profit initiative where registered coaches served as lecturers. The group was sustained through an autonomous, decentralized producer system. Analysis suggests the group’s evolution mirrors the development of coaching in Japan, categorizable into three phases: the Popularization Phase (2009–2013), the Professional Deepening Phase (2014–2019), and the Organization/Internationalization Phase (2020–2023). Interactive learning through dialogue, fostered during post-session networking and the collaborative planning process, served as the foundation of the community, transforming it into a space for co-creation and mutual growth. The study highlights the group as a microcosm of the field's professionalization and underscores the significance of dialogue-based platforms in collaborative learning.
